I've always had a love for Japanese style animation, for me it was a jump beyond the norm, a taste of the exotic. Nausicaa by Miyazaki, who could forget this clasic work? It turned me on to many things Japanese and other curiosities of the oreint. I studied Japanese language and history for a few years, though still struggle with the language as I reside in what I'd call a 'culture-locked' state in the US. As it has been said; "If you don't use it, it will eventually rust". I've been drawing and painting anime for as long as I had a love for it. Though I am excelent in reproductions and enhancement, I yearn for the day when serendipity stikes me with brilliant artistic creations.

I've spent the last decade in the computer industry; communications, repairs, phone support, administration, databasing, graphic productions, well you name it, at this point in life I've had enough, made a career change (not quite sure I'm suited for it yet). I have a wonderful 2 year old daughter and hoping one day that she too will share the passion that I have for all things anime.
